A geofence sets up a virtual perimeter around a delineated space such as a sales territory, a client site, an NGO programme village, or a construction project boundary. The geofencing feature in HRMS BD allows the employee to check-in when his or her GPS location goes off the boundary. An employee checks in from home or from outside the employee’s assigned territory, getting rejected or alerting the manager.
