We Saw the Problem.
We Built the Fix.
In 2023, our founders were running a IT firm and had the shameful experience of spending part of every month working out payroll manually for their own staff of just 30. Festival top-ups, overtime tracking, biometric data imports all in Excel. It just proved to be error-prone, took time, and honestly was insulting to the HR managers doing it.
They looked for software. What was available was either prohibitively expensive, generic (designed for the US or India) or had no local support of any kind. They built HRMS BD — with a focus on that one thing which mattered the most: Payroll, that understands Bangladesh salary structures!
HRMS BD is now an HR management software for 50+ companies in Dhaka, Chattogram, Gazipur & Sylhet. We’re still based in Dhaka. We still pick up the phone.

Initially launched as a simple payroll calculator for garment factories in Ashulia. Founders sold at least initial 3 customers to friends.

Spectators began circulating the information throughout HR networks in Gazipur and Narayanganj. As per repeated requests from clients, the company added attendance and leave modules.
